Super Cyclone MOCHA is estimated to landfall in Coast of Cox’s Bazar at 3 PM, 14th May.

Prottyashi Disaster Preparedness and Response Team is on standby in the field including more than 300 trained volunteers. As part of preparness support, Prottyashi provided the local govt. with volunteer support, awareness through miking to evacuate host community people in Ukhiya, Teknaf, Maheshkhali, Chakaria and Kutubdia. Also, 4500 dry food packages have been handed over to the UNO offices of these Upazilas to feed the people shifted in cyclone shelters on 13th May, 2023.
