In microfinance program, we have formed group to pay the services along with savings and credit operation. The senior staffs of the organization deliver speech and discuss on various issues in the weekly meeting. The groups are considered as the plat form of all activities. In the group, a management committee helps the organization to operate the activities smoothly though they are in practice of discipline. To develop the capacity of the management committee, the organization has been providing training for the committee members known as chairperson, cashier, and secretary. They are providing training on group management and leadership. 6232 group members, Presidents and Secretary of the group have received skill development training on awareness of savings and credit management, women empowerment and rights, child health and rights and social human rights etc.
