All donations received are immediately allocated to our charitable programs and projects to create a meaningful impact. As such, all donations made to PROTTYASHI are generally non-refundable and considered final.

2. Errors in Donation Amount

If you believe there has been an error in your donation, such as an incorrect amount or a duplicate transaction, please contact us immediately.

To request a review, please follow these guidelines:

• Contact Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Required Information: Your request must include:
  • Full name of the donor
  • Contact details (email & phone number)
  • Date of donation
  • Amount donated
  • Mode of donation (e.g., credit card, mobile banking)
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Proof of transaction (e.g., payment receipt, MFS transaction screenshot)
• Review Process: Our team will review your request and notify you of the decision within 7–10 working days.
• Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment. You can expect to see your refund credited within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

3. Recurring Donations

Recurring monthly donations can be canceled for future payments by contacting us at least 7 days before the next scheduled charge. However, past transactions are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Donations

The following types of donations are considered non-refundable:

• Donations made through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, grants, sponsorships, or in response to fundraising campaigns.
• Donations made as part of emergency relief funds, special projects, or specific cause-based funding, as they are allocated immediately for program execution.
• Donations where the donor has already claimed a tax deduction benefit.

We encourage donors to contact us first regarding any issues instead of initiating a chargeback with their bank or mobile financial service provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may affect future transactions and donor privileges.
