A complaint and feedback mechanism (CFM) is a unit in PROTTYASHI to receive, process, and respond to community concerns about humanitarian services, assistance, or behavior. We have a hotline number as well as an e-mail for receiving complaints and also a focal for the settlement of those complaints.
